Maggie’s Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If something doesn’t fit just right or you’re bummed for any reason about what you got in the mail, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

First, let’s make sure your order meets our return policy: 

• Return/exchange is postmarked within 30 days of receipt date

• Item(s) in original, resalable condition that haven't been washed or worn

• Irregular and outlet items are final sales 

• If your item(s) is defective, please contact us direct at maggies@organicclothes.com or call (800) 609-8593 so we can take care of that for you. 

BASE LAYER ITEMS (Leggings & Tights)

Maggie's Ankle & Capri Leggings are intended to be worn as a base layer. We like to think of them as a comfy, second-skin layering piece. Health laws prohibit us from accepting returned tight-like or undergarment items that have been worn. But if you purchased a pair of Leggings or Tights that don't fit just right, send them back for a one-time, no-charge size exchange. SOCKS

There's a sock for everyone at Maggie's! Our sock styles are as unique as each of our customers. Because of this, every style fits slightly different. Return Your Maggie’s

Did you order using your My Maggie’s account? Great!

Step 1 Login to your My Maggie’s account.

Step 2 Click the “Completed” button.

Step 3 From there click the “Return Items” link and follow instructions.

Step 4 Once you complete the online return form, mail item(s) with a copy of your invoice to the address below (also listed on your invoice). And be sure to jot down the reason for your return on the invoice.
