Okay, so first off, usually healthy clothing made from organic fiber and non-toxic dyes is very expensive. Right?
Think again. Maggie's Organics tends to always be reasonably priced, but when you get sales and clearances, it becomes a STEAL.
Especially when you consider the quality of the the product, ladies. I have tried other brands that are fairly cheap and GOTS certified. Their cotton is THIN. This cotton at Maggie's Organics is STURDY.
Now about this specific product. I got this skirt in size Medium and color is Mist with a band of black along the very top. I love the fact that this is a drawstring skirt, so my waist size can fluctuate a little with no issues. I am right now 121# and 5'5", but I might lose or gain a few pounds over my lifetime, you know?....and I live the slits on each side of this skirt. It makes me look fancy. Granted, if I wasn't wearing my compression tights for varicose veins I might consider the slits going too high for my modesty, but for me with my tights they are perfect. I love the mist color because it is light enough to be for summer but is not so perfectly white that I have to worry about my kids touching it or about me sitting down anywhere.
In sum, this skirt is a steal for the price tag, is made of sturdy material, is forgiving and comfortable at the waist, is fashionable, and isn't too delicate to wear casually (especially as a mom). You can wear it more formally if you tuck the drawstrings inside the skirt, too.
