Shipping Delays

As you have probably heard, all shipping carriers are experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages. Both UPS and USPS are no longer guaranteeing regular ground shipping times.

We Pledge to ship your completed order when received before 3:00pm (EST) within two business days from the day of received. This schedule may be extended during peak season (October – December). If we have a question or problem concerning your order, we will contact you via email (preferred) and/or phone.


Maggie's Shipping Policy

Most items ship USPS First Class if under 13 oz, if over 13 oz we still use USPS, but based on weight it may go a different class rating or carrier. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note on your order in the Comments Section if you have any special packaging requirements.

Maggie’s Organics is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or odor on packages once in the custody of the carrier.

We recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service that carry insurance to protect against loss, damaged, or other concerns during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost, damaged, or odor by any shipping carrier, we cannot provide a refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES                       
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, a refund will be issued for your order minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Orders not delivered due to inaccurate shipping address provided during checkout procedure will not be reshipped.

On the secure check out page under shipping options you will be given a listing of expedited shipping options for your area.  You may choose the option that best fits your needs.  You will be charged the amount listed for your option choice during the payment processing.

USPS Priority, USPS Express, Insurance, UPS, or FedEx; these services will incur shipping charges to the customer.

International Orders: We are not responsible for any customs fees or additional shipping fees incurred or delays due to customs. If order is denied in customs and returned to us, refund will be less return cost and original freight.


  1. Freight:  Rates listed above are for U.S. deliveries only! FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: When you are on our secure checkout page you will be given a choice of shipping options and prices.  The option you choose will be added to your order total and charged at the time your order is placed.
  2. Customs/Duties/Taxes:  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur.
