Shipping Delays

As you have probably heard, all shipping carriers are currently experiencing an unprecedented volume of orders this season. Consequently, your Maggie’s shipment may be delayed. Both UPS and USPS are no longer guaranteeing regular ground shipping times. We apologize for this, and assure you that we will still ship your completed order within two business days from the day it is received. If we have a question or problem concerning your order we will contact you via email and/or phone. Thank you.


Maggie's Shipping Policy

All items ship USPS First Class if under 13 oz, if over 13 oz we still use USPS, but based on weight it may ship parcel post. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Once package has been shipped to a carrier, the package is now the purchaser’s responsibility. Maggie’s Organics is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or odor on packages once in the custody of the carrier. The Purchaser will need to file a claim with shipping carrier.

We recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service with Insurance to protect against loss, damaged, or other concerns during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost, damaged, or odor by any shipping carrier, we cannot provide a refund.

International Orders: We are not responsible for any customs fees or additional shipping fees incurred or delays due to customs. If order is denied in customs and returned to us, refund will be less return cost and original freight.


FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (valid for US addresses only).
Ships Standard USPS Ground (First Class Mail or Parcel Post).

We Pledge to ship your completed order within two business days from the day it is received. We ship from Dexter, Michigan. If we have a question or problem concerning your order, we will contact you via email (preferred) and/or phone.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.A.

Residential addresses are shipped via USPS. UPS and FedEx are an extra charge.  

Commercial addresses are shipped via UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. Freight:  Rates listed above are for U.S. deliveries only! FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: When you are on our secure checkout page you will be given a choice of shipping options and prices.  The option you choose will be added to your order total and charged at the time your order is placed.
  2. Customs/Duties/Taxes:  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
On the secure check out page under shipping options you will be given a listing of expedited shipping options for your area.  You may choose the option that best fits your needs.  You will be charged the amount listed for your option choice during the payment processing.    

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES                       
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, a refund will be issued for your order minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Orders not delivered due to inaccurate shipping address provided during checkout procedure will not be reshipped.
