Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition and have not been washed or worn. Please note that socks that have been tried on or worn cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges, and all underwear items are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days upon receiving your items. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended due to order volume. For items purchased during a promotional period, refunds or credits will be issued based on the purchase price.
Return Fee Notice: an $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using our pre-paid shipping label. You may use your own shipping label to avoid the $8 deduction. Exchanges are available at no additional charge.

Write your order number on the shipping label to ensure the return can be processed.

Instructions for Exchanges & Returns Using Prepaid Shipping Label
1. Visit the Returns Portal.
• Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
• Choose the item(s) to be returned and select the reason for your return.
• Click "Submit Request" once complete and print your shipping label. Please note: Labels can not be printed with Safari.
2. Fill out the Return Form provided below. If making an exchange, specify your preferred replacement(s) on the form.
3. Package your items and return form. Be sure to include the original packaging.
4. Return to your nearest USPS drop off location.
