Customer Return/Exchange Policy


Maggie’s Organics puts great care into each product we make, and we take your satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return or exchange.  To print a FREE return label, visit Maggie's Returns thru USPS to access the label link directly.  Use your order number for the RMA#


For returns or exchanges please see below for instructions.

• Include a copy of your invoice when returning items. If exchanging, please note the item description, color, and size you wish to exchange for on the invoice.
• Product returns to:

                        Attn: Return Department
• All returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items. Refund will be credited to original method of payment.
• Please note the following exceptions to returns & exchanges:

• Maggie’s cannot accept items with strong odors, stains, modified, or pet dander. In consideration for hygiene and chemically sensitive customers.
• Underwear
• Closeout items are Final Sale.
• Any item returned with an above exception will incur a $9 processing fee or shipped back to you at your expense.

Maggie’s will process your return/exchange within 14 business days and email verification once completed.
