Customer Return & Exchange Policy
Maggie's Organics takes great care to make timeless clothing and soft goods that will last generations using techniques that respect people and our planet. We stand behind our products and take your satisfaction seriously. Contact customer support at maggies@organicclothes.com if you have issues with the quality of any product.
We accept returns/exchanges on unwashed, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Maggie's does not accept returns/exchanges of socks that have been tried on or worn. Underwear is non returnable. If you have fit questions, please contact customer support before purchase.
All returns/exchanges are processed within 14 business days of receipt. An email notification will be sent once your refund is processed. Items purchased during a promotion will be refunded or credited at the purchase price.
Return/Exchange Instructions
1. Access the returns portal to create your return label:
• Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return/exchange.
• Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
• Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for your return in the drop-down menu.
• Click "Submit Request" once complete and print your shipping label. A copy of your label will also be emailed to you within
1 business day.
• Please write your order number on the shipping label to ensure that the return can be processed.
Return Fee Notice: If you are making a return, an $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using our pre-paid shipping label. You may use your own shipping label to avoid the $8 deduction. Exchanges are available at no additional charge.
2. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form provided below and enclose it with your return items. Be sure to include the original packaging. If making an exchange, specify your preferred replacement(s) on the form.
3. Package and Ship: Package your items and return form. Return to your nearest USPS drop off location or use the carrier of choice and ship to:

4. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on your return shipment's tracking status for peace of mind. Your tracking number can be accessed from the returns portal if needed.
