Customer Return/Exchange Policy
Maggie’s Organics puts great care into each product we make, and we take your satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return or exchange. Returns and Exchanges must be within the 60 days from receipt of order.

Use your order number for the RMA#.
Include a copy of your invoice when returning items. If exchanging, please note the item description, color, and size you wish to exchange for on the invoice.

All returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items. Refund will be credited to original method of payment based upon quality inspection upon receipt. An email notification will be sent to customer after refund has been completed.
Please note the following exceptions to returns & exchanges:
In consideration for hygiene and our chemically sensitive customers,
Maggie’s cannot accept the following items that have or have been:
Washed Strong Odor
Pet Dander Modification
Close to skin (underwear & base layer products*)
Underwear & Base Layer Products: Due to hygiene and Health Department Guidelines, Maggie's cannot accept returns or exchanges of underwear or base layer products that have been tried on/worn.
Any product returned that is in the above exception will incur a processing fee or can be shipped back to you at your cost.
