Returns & Exchanges

We're committed to the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at [email protected], and we'll make it right. 

 

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unwashed and unworn. Please note: socks that have been tried on or worn cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges, and underwear may not be returned or exchanged. 


Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving your items. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons. Refunds or credits for promotional purchases will be issued at the purchase price. 


Return Fee Notice: A $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using our pre-paid shipping label. You may use your own shipping label to avoid the $8 deduction. We offer one complimentary exchange per order. 

 

Returning with Your Own Label

Write your order number on the outside of the package and ship to:

              Attn: Returns Department
              7852 Second Street
              Dexter, MI 48130

Then complete steps 2-4 below.

 

Exchanges and Returns with Prepaid Label
1. Visit the Returns Portal. Enter your order number and shipping zip code, select the item(s) and reason for return, and click "Submit Request" to generate your label. Note: labels cannot be printed in Safari. We suggest using Google Chrome.  
2. Fill out the Return Form provided on the back of your packing slip or  linked below. If exchanging, note your preferred replacement(s). 
3. Pack your items with original tags/packaging and return form. 
4. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
