Wholesale Return Policy 

We thank you for your purchase and for being a customer of Maggie’s Organics/Clean Clothes, Inc. At Maggie’s, we put great care and pride into each product we make, and we take your satisfaction very seriously. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your shipment, please follow these guidelines for returns.  

All returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receipt. Proof of purchase will be required.

Maggie’s Organics is prohibited from accepting returns of worn and/or washed products unless products were defective.  Any product that has normal wear issues pertaining to hanging and customer use is not considered defective by Maggie’s Organics. 

Non-Defective Merchandise: For items you are choosing to return that are neither mis-shipments nor defective, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. 

  • Call our Sales Department for a Return Authorization Number 
  • Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.   
  • Items MUST be returned in RE-SELLABLE condition.  
  • Product must be in original packaging with any of your branding or price labeling removed prior to shipping it back to Maggie’s Organics.  
  • Product must be folded and neatly bagged. 

If the returning product does not meet the above criteria a higher restocking fee may be charged for our teams’ labor to rework the product for salability.  

Mis-shipments: 

For over shipped or incorrect items we will issue USPS return label. 

Items ordered and billed, but not received will be shipped out at no cost to you. 

 

Quality Concerns: 

 Please email us pictures of the quality concern, along with your order/invoice number, and our QC specialists will get back to you within 2 business days. 

 

Closeout and Clearance merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable means to return an item.  
  • Refused packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus double shipping as the carrier charges us both ways.  
  • Maggie’s reserves the right to deduct up to 15% restocking fee from returns of large overbuy or high frequency returns.
