Shipping Delays

As you have probably heard, all shipping carriers are experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages. Both UPS and USPS are no longer guaranteeing regular ground shipping times.

We Pledge to ship your completed order when received before 3:00pm (EST) within two business days from the day of received. This schedule may be extended during peak season (October – December). If we have a question or problem concerning your order, we will contact you via email (preferred) and/or phone.

Shipping

Orders shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of order and your location. Orders received before 3:00pm (EST) ship within 2 business days pending inventory availability. This schedule might be extended during peak season (October – December).
