So, what’s a GOTS Certification all about?

You’ve probably heard us reference GOTS at this point. And while it may sound complex, it’s really quite simple. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is another way we practice our commitment to Real Fair Trade principles.

The standard is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers. It ensures a high standard based on ecological and social criteria, and is backed up by independent certification of a business’ entire textile supply chain. At the heart of GOTS is ensuring the processing, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, trading and distribution of all textiles are made from at least 70% certified organic natural fibers.

From harvesting raw materials to manufacturing to labeling, we’re proud to be GOTS certified because it is a high-bar standard that demonstrates our commitment to running a socially and environmentally responsible business.
